- Domain registrations are based on first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation. It will only be processed upon successful payment received by our billing department.
- Submitting your order(s) to Exabytes does not mean your requested domain(s) is/are already registered until payment confirmation is received.
- For .name.my domains, a client is allowed to purchase maximum up to 8 domain names with one identity card (IC).
- Promotion validity differs for different domain extensions. Please contact sales@exabytes.com.my for more details.

- For *.my domain registrations, please fax a copy of your company’s Form D/24 or 49 to our office at +60(4) 630 8288. Please remember to quote your domain name in your fax. For enquiries, please email sales@exabytes.com.my.
- Domain registration fee is strictly non refundable if the domain name has been successfully registered.
- Submission of your order to Exabytes doesn’t mean that your domain name can be registered successfully. In the event that the registration is not successful, Exabytes will refund the amount to you accordingly.

Domain name lifecycle is divided into five stages upon your successful domain purchase for the domain name.

After you purchase the domain, you will receive an email which indicates that you have successfully registered the domain name. This also signifies the beginning of your domain name.

Your domain name will be de-activated by domain registrar upon domain expiry date.
